1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing or playing a HARPLIX game (each a “Game”), you agree to these Terms of Service and to the terms of the app store you obtained it from. If you do not agree, do not use the Game. Our Games Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
2. Eligibility: ages 16 and over
All HARPLIX games are intended for players aged 16 and over. You must not use them if you are under 16. This rule is separate from the content rating assigned by an app store. Where a Game asks you to confirm your age, an under-16 answer prevents access. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Games and make purchases. Local law may impose additional requirements.
3. Your licence
HARPLIX grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to install and play the Games for non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of your app store. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
4. Ownership and intellectual property
The Games and their software, gameplay systems, artwork, characters, designs, text, audio, trademarks and other content belong to HARPLIX or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except where the law permits otherwise, you may not copy, distribute, sell, modify, reverse engineer, extract assets from, create derivative works from or commercially exploit the Games.
5. Virtual items and purchases
A Game may offer virtual currency, boosts, cosmetic items or other digital content (“Virtual Items”). Virtual Items are licensed for use within the relevant Game. They are not money or property, have no cash value, cannot be transferred and cannot be redeemed outside the Game, except where the law requires otherwise.
Purchases are processed by Google Play or another app store under its payment and refund rules. Prices, availability and taxes may vary by country. HARPLIX may change or discontinue Virtual Items or features; your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
6. Advertising
The Games show third-party advertisements, including optional rewarded ads, interstitial ads and banner ads. Availability depends on your region, the ad partner and your privacy settings. Declining personalized ads does not stop you from playing, but it does not remove all ads. A reward is given only when the Game and the ad partner confirm that the ad was completed. HARPLIX does not endorse and is not responsible for products, services or websites shown in advertisements.
7. Fair play
You must not cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate rewards, ads or purchases, use bots or unauthorized automation, tamper with Game files or security, distribute malicious code, interfere with other players or services, impersonate HARPLIX, or use the Games unlawfully. HARPLIX may restrict access or remove improperly obtained items where reasonably necessary to protect the Games and players.
8. Third-party services
The Games rely on services from Google Play, Unity and advertising and infrastructure partners. Those services have their own terms and may change or be interrupted independently of HARPLIX.
9. Updates and availability
HARPLIX may update, rebalance, change or discontinue a Game or feature. We do not guarantee that a Game, ad, reward or online service will always be available or error-free. You may need to install an update to keep playing.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop using a Game at any time by uninstalling it. HARPLIX may suspend or end access if a player seriously breaks these Terms, commits fraud or threatens security, or if continuing to operate a Game is no longer reasonably possible. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, liability and governing law) continue to apply.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Games are provided “as is” and “as available”. HARPLIX disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HARPLIX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from use of a Game. Where liability cannot be excluded, HARPLIX's total liability relating to a Game is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for that Game in the previous 12 months or USD 10, without limiting statutory rights that cannot be excluded.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify HARPLIX against third-party claims resulting from your unlawful misuse of a Game or serious breach of these Terms. This does not apply where a claim results from HARPLIX's own conduct.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in India, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
15. Changes
HARPLIX may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and material changes will receive additional notice where required. Continuing to play after updated Terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.
