Common questions
Where can I download HARPLIX games?
Spin Rampage: Zombie Defense is free on Google Play for Android, in the countries where it is available. ToyTopple is coming soon to Google Play.
How do I change my ad and privacy choices?
In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, and in US states with privacy laws, open the game's Settings and tap Privacy Choices. Everywhere, you can turn off ad personalization in your Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or delete your advertising ID). See the Games Privacy Policy for details.
Do I have to watch ads?
Rewarded ads are always optional: the game shows the reward before you choose to watch. Our games may also show other ads, such as a short ad between levels.
What should I do about a purchase problem?
Contact support with the product name and your Google Play order ID. Google Play processes payments and applies its refund rules. Never send card details, and avoid clearing the game's data while we look into a missing purchase.
Where is my game progress saved?
Progress is saved on your device. Uninstalling the game or clearing its storage removes local progress. Our games do not currently use HARPLIX accounts or cloud saves.
How do I turn game reminders on or off?
Some of our games can send an occasional reminder, for example when a daily gift is ready. The game asks first, and you can switch reminders off in the game's Settings or in Android Settings → Notifications. Reminders are scheduled on your phone; no account or push service is used.
Who are HARPLIX games for?
All HARPLIX games are intended for players aged 16 and over. This age rule is separate from the content rating shown by your app store.
